460 g de carne de ternera picada (115 g para cada hamburguesa)
2 lonchas de bacon
8 lonchas de queso cheddar
1 cebolla
Salsa ketchup
Salsa mostaza
Aceite de oliva
Sal
Pimienta
Mantequilla
1 tomate grande
Lechuga
Patatas
ELABORACIÓN DE HAMBURGUESA CUARTO DE LIBRA
Esta receta que vamos a hacer es una hamburguesa hecha con carne de ternera al 100%, un pan de pan, cebolla y dos lonchas de queso. Es hecha en casa por lo consiguiente no es tan “comida basura” como la de las hamburgueserías. Esta hamburguesa se llama así porque se hace con 1/4 de libra (115 gramos aproximadamente) de carne.
En un bol mezclamos la carne y bacon picado (el bacon es para que no quede tan seca). Y repartimos las carne en cuatro bolas iguales , se puede hacer a ojo o pesándolas.
Formamos la hamburguesa con la carne, aplanándola al tamaño que nos guste (tener en cuenta que después de pasarla por la sarten se encogerá un poco) a la que le podemos añadir sal y pimienta, y la doramos con un poco de aceite por ambos lados en una sartén. (se hace al gusto, muy hecha, tostada por fuera y crudita por dentro etc).
Mientras partimos el bollo de pan por la mitad y tostamos ambas rebanadas por su cara interna en una sartén o plancha. Puedes untarles un poco de mantequilla.
Sobre ambas rebanadas de pan, untamos un poco de mostaza y ketchup y esparcimos la cebolla que habremos pelado y cortado finamente en rodajas. Colocamos una rodaja de tomate fresco, una loncha de queso cheddar, a continuación colocamos la carne y la cubrimos con la otra lámina de cheddar. Es importante que las esquinas de las lonchas de queso no coincidan entre ellas, de esa forma el queso quedará distribuido en toda la hamburguesa. Y las hojas de lechuga (opcionalmente se puede poner también pepinillo laminado, particularmente me gusta mucho).
Se sirven calientes acompañadas de patatas fritas.
