Disuelva la levadura junto con el azúcar, un poco de agua tibia y un poco de harina.
Tape y deje espumar a temperatura ambiente.
Sobre la mesada, coloque la harina en forma de corona junto con la sal, en el hueco vuelque el fermento y la grasa. Comience a tomar la harina formando una masa tierna y esponjosa.
Enharine una placa y ponga la masa a descansar, tapada.
Cuando duplique su tamaño vuelva a amasar para desgasificar, es decir quitarle el aire.
Forme pequeños bollos y disponga los mismos sobre las placas, haciendo de cada uno de ellos un pan, deje descansar.
Realice una cruz con una tijera o un cutter.
Antes de llevar al horno rocíe los panes con agua.
Cocine en horno precalentado a 200° hasta que estén dorados, 30 minutos aproximadamente.
Antes de llevar los panes al horno, coloque un recipiente con agua caliente en el piso del mismo, así con el vapor del agua el pan formará una corteza bien dorada.

La levadura, puedes utilizar la que más te guste, a mi personalmente me gusta más la levadura de panadería seca, porqué no le da un sabor tan fuerte.
