prueba a hacerlo de este modo gus: salpimentas el lomito en filetes…lo pasas por pan rallallo al que habras añadido tus especias preferidas, por huevo batido y a la sarten…vas poniendo sobre papel y a una fuente. por otro lado:en un cacito ponemos nata de cocinar un par de cuch de mantequilla una carpeta de queso azul y una tableta de chocolate blanco, salpimentamos…dejamos que se disuelva y mezclamos bien los sabores…dejamos que reduzca un poquitin y lo servimos por encima del lomito (sirve tambien para escalopines)…estan de muerteeeee !!!…como sugerencia de guarnicion papas panaderas….ya me contaras que te parece…
