1. Salsa roquefort. Se juntan todos los ingredientes en la batidora hasta que la salsa este un poco espesa
2. Se coloca dentro de cada endivia un poco de aguacate picado, dos lonchitas de jamón de pato, y se dibuja con un poquito de salsa roquefort, y cebollino picado.
3. Colocaremos dentro del plato la lechuga y espolvoreamos con las nueces picadas.
