(1) Cobertura de chocolate: misma cantidad de chocolate que de mantequilla y la mitad de nata. En este caso, 100 g de mantequilla y de chocolate y 50 g de nata.
(2) Para hacer el relleno con la mermelada: mermelada, moscatel o ron, 2 gelatinas.
Se calienta el moscatel, se echan las gelatinas (previamente puestas en agua fria) sin que hierva (si sucede esto amargan). Después se añade la mermelada para que se derrita.
