Para preparar esta receta que es muy sencilla, se pone en una sarten aceite de oliva virgen, y se fríen los filetes de pavo adobado (tipo fiambre pero sin grasa), dándoles vuelta y vuelta, y en el mismo aceite o añadir un poco mas y se añade unos ajos pelados y laminados, y una guindilla picada finamente, y se pasan a la plancha las setas limpias, salpimentandolas, y después de ellas los pimientos del padrón.
Mientras haremos la salsa, caramelizando la cebollita francesa laminada muy finamente, con un poco de azúcar moreno, cuando coja color, añadir vino de Oporto, y dejar reducir, pasar por batidora opcionalmente, y se sirve.
Montamos el plato, poniendo las setas intercaladas con los filetes de pavo en forma de milhojas, terminando el plato con los pimientos del piquillo a modo de decoración.
Rematamos el plato, con la salsa de reducción de vino de Oporto, que podemos servir en una salsera aparte o regar el milhojas con ella. De cualquiera de las formas, un plato delicioso y fácil de realizar.
