El primer paso para preparar la salsa chimichurri, en un cazo se pone medio litro de agua y se pone al fuego hasta su ebullición.
Mientras el agua está en el fuego, tienes que picar finamente los cuatro dientes de ajo con la taza de perejil picado fresco.
Cuando tengas el ajo y el perejil picados, tienes que mezclarlos junto con la cucharada de orégano fresco que habremos picado también, el aji que habremos molido, la sal y la pimienta.
A continuación tienes que rociar un poco del agua hervida a la mezcla y además tienes que agregar vinagre y aceite hasta darle la consistencia que desees, esto se calibra al gusto de cada uno o el plato que vayamos a preparar.
Para terminar la salsa chimichurri debes de guardar la mezcla en frascos o botellas que estén bien cerradas y guardarlas en el frigorifico.
Esta salsa originariamente que es para la elaboración de carne, tanto a la brasa como a la plancha, al horno, etc., también sirve para realizar pizzas o hasta para pescados.
