2 plátanos medianamente maduros (amarillos pero no marrones)
½ lámina de hojaldre refrigerado
2 cucharaditas de azúcar moreno
1 yema de huevo
1 docena de pistachos
Candy melts de color verde oscuro
ELABORACIÓN DE FALSO SUSHI DE PLÁTANO Y PISTACHO
Pelamos los plátanos, retiramos las hebras y los espolvoreamos con una mínima capa de azúcar moreno.
Cortamos unos rectángulos de masa de hojaldre bien estirada y envolvemos los plátanos sin dejar demasiada capa de hojaldre, prácticamente la necesaria para envolverlos bien y sellar el cierre (para que queden bien después de haberlos metido en el horno, yo cogi el hojaldre y se lo puse al plátano como si fuera una segunda piel y le corté la masa sobrante, dejando solo el suficiente para que no se nos abra). Batimos la yema de huevo y barnizamos con ella toda la superficie del hojaldre.
Horneamos en horno precalentado a 200ºC durante unos 10 minutos, o hasta que veamos que el hojaldre ha cogido color dorado.
Una vez veamos que esta hecho el hojaldre, retiramos del horno y dejamos enfríar, para poder cubrirlos con el Candy melts.
Cuando esté frío el hojaldre, derretimos 50 g de Candy melts, según las instrucciones del fabricante, y cubrimos el hojaldre, de forma que quede bien cubierto. Lo ponemos en el frigo para que coja consistencia (yo lo dejé toda la noche).
Al día siguiente o cuando hayan pasado 4-5 h, sacamos el hojaldre del frigo, lo cortamos en rodajas de 2 cm aproximadamente y en cada una de las rodajas, metemos 1 pistacho cortado por la mitad, de forma que cada rodaja parezca un maki.
Presentamos como si fuera un maki auténtico. Comer frío.
