Se pelan las manzanas y se trocean en trozos pequeños. Se reservan en un bol con zumo de limón por encima.
En una sartén, se pone la mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite de nuez, para que no se queme la mantequilla. Se añaden los frutos secos (nuez, avellana, ligeramente machacados) y los frutos rojos deshidratados, se añade la manzana y se empieza a dorar, espolvoreando con canela.
Se añade una cucharadita de miel y el edulcorante (yo utilicé edulcorante para que no resultara tan calórico).
Sobre una bandeja de horno forrada de papel para horno, se extienden dos trozos de las placas de hojaldre, se añade unas cucharadas de la mezcla de la sartén y se pone otra tapa del mismo tamaño de hojaldre encima, y se sella con un tenedor, como se hacen en las empanadillas. Se pincha el hojaldre con el mismo tenedor por encima, para que salga el vapor y se pinta con huevo por encima.
Se mete en el horno, previamente precalentado a 180ºC, y se hornea durante 18 – 20 minutos, o hasta que esté doradito, ya que depende del grosor de hojaldre y del tipo de horno.
Una vez terminado de hornear, se saca y se puede espolvorea con canela y azúcar glass (yo me ahorré este paso por el tema calórico).
