Empezaremos por cortar la zanahoria pelada, el puerro limpio y el pimiento verde en juliana y ponlos a pochar en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite. Sazona. Cuando estén pochaditos, retira y reserva.
Corta las pechugas de pollo en tiras finas, salpimienta y saltea en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite. Cuando el pollo tome un poco de color, añade los germinados de soja, y las dos cucharadas de salsa de soja, saltea y agrega las verduras pochadas. Cocina durante dos minutos y deja templar.
Para la salsa, pon a calentar en un cazo el zumo de naranja, la salsa de tomate y la miel. Deja reducir.
Estira una hoja de pasta brick, coloca en el centro el salteado de pollo y soja y enrolla hasta la mitad. Dobla las esquinas y sigue enrollando. Repite la operación hasta hacer ocho paquetitos rectangulares. Fríe los rollitos en una sartén con aceite especial para frituras bien caliente y cuando estén dorados y crujientes, retira y escurre en papel de cocina absorbente.
Sirve caliente los rollitos de pollo y soja en el plato sobre una cama de rucula y acompaña de la salsa.
