ELABORACIÓN DE PINCHOS DE POLLO AL CURRY Y MANZANA CARAMELIZADA
Empezaremos por trocear el pollo en trozos pequeños, pero no demasiado, lo suficiente para que tenga un tamaño aceptable para llevarse a la boca, y les ponemos sal.
A continuación, pondremos todos los demás ingredientes en el vaso de la batidora y los batimos. Se lo añadiremos al pollo y mezclamos bien. Dejaremos macerar en el frigorífico hasta el día siguiente.
Pasadas 24 horas, sacamos los trozos de pollo del macerado y los pasamos por la plancha, reservamos.
Para la manzana caramelizada:
Lo primero será pelar las manzanas y las cortamos en gajos.
Derretimos la mantequilla en una cazuela o sartén y doramos las manzanas por los dos lados. Cuando estén doraditas añadimos el azucar y unas cucharaditas de agua lo suficiente para cubrir ligeramente el fondo de la sartén y que las manzanas cojan el azucar. Cuando se evapore el agua retiramos del fuego y espolvoreamos con una pizca de canela.
Una vez tenemos todos preparado, preparamos las brochetas, alternando un trozo de pollo, con manzana. Servir con sésamo negro por encima.
