10:00 h. Buenos días, contra todo pronostico y peores augurios….500 g menos, este régimen es a prueba de bombas, no hay retenciones que pueda con el, acumulados 4 kg en 5 días…esperemos que los 2 días que quedan vaya por la misma senda, ahora desayunaré mi pechuga de pollo.
15:30 h. Pechuga de pollo a la plancha y sopita para comer, este régimen es más animoso que el del sirope..pero el lunes probaré el de…la naranja…son 5 días….
22:00 h. Sopita y pechuguita a la plancha…mañana ya toca arroz…verduras y zumos, veremos que tal…la moral sigue altísima, y más viendo que las retenciones no merman las pérdidas continuas…diarias, y el buen estada de ánimo…me asegura. Como dije después de comer….el lunes haré el de la naranja….que es depurativo y no muy brutal…ya os contaré, buenas noches.
Después del medio kilo de pechuga es alucinante…ahora, cuando se deje… a ver que pasa… Es lo que digo de estas dietas, que si que se perderá, el problema es el efecto rebote, que luego coges mas. Asi que… cuidado!
Conozco «ligeramente» ese efectillo….jjajja, pero esta vez ire probando regimenes diferentes, y no bajare la guardia (o eso intentare)–pero gracias celsa
