7:30 h. Terminado de subir a la báscula, la pérdida de hoy es de 0,9 kg y la acumulada es de 4,6 kg. La moral sigue estando alta, la lengua blanca con lo cual aún tengo toxinas que eliminar y esperaré a que finalice el viernes y la «maldita botella». Lo positivo es que empezará el fin de semana esta tarde y ya queda menos para terminar el reto. Hasta luego.
15:00 h. Ya solo me queda como vaso y medio del «engrudo», super monótono. Esta mañana tuve dos amagos de hambre, pero fueron controlados, disciplinadamente por la mente. La moral sigue alta a pesar del aburrimiento, noto ciertos síntomas de cansancio o fatiga, pero también puede ser consecuencia de la semana laboral. La lengua sigue blanca y sigo con cierta retención de líquidos. Hasta la noche.
21:30 h. Hoy el peor día del régimen, me encontré cansado y esta tarde con hambre…pero la meta tiene su premio..y no se puede..vulnerar…botella terminada…y 2 días aún por delante..esperemos que el lunes por la mañana haya merecido la pena…mañana os cuento…buen finde.
