7:30 h. 500 g menos… Bueno…algo es algo… Volvemos a estar….bajo mínimos..no está mal….toco madera..tostada con queso O% y leche con infusión para desayunar.
15:30 h. Yogur bebible para media mañana, y tortilla de espinacas y surimi con ensalada de tomate para comer.
21:30 h. Después de haber merendado un yogur desnatado de manzana O%, para cenar y dado que no tenía mucha hambre, me cené una compota de manzana, un zumo de piña y manzana, veremos si mañana se mantiene la línea descendente o de altibajos. Buenas noches.

De verdad haces todas las dietas?, No te sientes débil?, Alguien más haceís estas recetas?, me sobran unos kilos y quería probar un régimen.

La mayor parte de las dietas «se atascan» durante unos dias, y después vuelven a «funcionar», Asi que no está tan mal.
